The audience was captivated by her insights into how technology is reshaping our understanding of memory, sparking thoughtful discussions and reflections. After Miller’s address, attendees were able to engage directly with the author and program facilitators in an informal setting. This allowed for a rich exchange of ideas and networking, deepening connections among attendees and enhancing the themes discussed.
The following day, the Fellowship program began in earnest with a full-day of workshops in a hybrid environment of online and in-person collaborators. The initial workshop day was followed by an enriching four-week asynchronous course hosted within the Canvas platform. The program concluded with a similar hybrid full day of workshops. Continuing last year’s tradition, past Fellowship graduates served as facilitators for the program. Their guidance and support were instrumental in enhancing the program’s impact, demonstrating the value of an interconnected professional community. As the FFA continues its strong commitment to fostering intellectual growth and professional development, please be sure to visit the Faculty Forward website at facultyforward.jhu.edu for upcoming workshops and for information on joining the next Fellowship cohort.
