Session Description
Join us for this two-part session focused on developing a student GenAI Use statement for your course. Whether you’re creating a statement from scratch or refining an existing one, you’ll leave with practical guidance, examples, and a statement ready to add to your syllabus.
Information Session (30 minutes)
We’ll provide an overview of the new requirements, explain the Red, Yellow, and Green GenAI-use categories; share examples of effective student GenAI use statements; and discuss key considerations for aligning your policy with your course.
Workshop (30 minutes)
Stay for a guided, hands-on workshop, where you’ll develop or refine your own Student GenAI Use statement and learn how to add it to your syllabus. You’ll leave with a draft tailored to your course and the resources to help you finalize your policy.
