There are several factors affecting online course quality. This session broadly introduces those factors. It then zooms in to focus on course design and its impact on course quality. In this section of the webinar, we explain the areas of course design used to evaluate the quality of a course. We then discuss why these areas are important. We conclude with resources that participants can turn to for evaluating and improving the quality of their course design.
